Course Overview:
Do you ever wonder what the greatest leaders have in common and whether or not you have what it takes to be great? Is it personality? Is it training? Building on the foundation created in, Discover Your Leadership Style, you will identify your personal strengths and learn to leverage them a way that maximizes your effectiveness as a leader.  You will look as well, at the other side of the coin, identifying potential weaknesses and creating strategies to minimize their impact.  Once you understand maximizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses, you will learn to apply the concept to your employees, resulting in increased motivation, employee satisfaction and productivity.
